At SHKG, we aim to make shipping clear and reliable. This policy explains where we ship, what shipping costs, and when you can expect your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Shipping Costs

Single-set orders ship free through November 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. From November 15, standard shipping for a single set is $4.90. Orders of two or three magnetic lash sets ship free. Accessories do not count toward the lash quantity. Shipping for accessory-only orders and offers for four or more sets remain pending confirmation.

Orders ship the day after ordering.

Estimated delivery is 5–9 days from the order date, including processing and shipping.

Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may also extend delivery. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking information may take approximately 48–72 hours after dispatch to begin updating.

Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. Once an order ships, we may be unable to change its delivery address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility and are separate from the shipping fee shown at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
