STEP 1 — Position
Place the upper lash along your natural lash line.
STEP 2 — Align & Secure
Align the lower lash underneath, press gently, and release.
STEP 3 — Perfect the Finish
Adjust for a seamless fit. If needed, lightly define the inner lash line with eyeliner for a more natural finish.
Golden Moments uses layered wisps for a fuller, defined evening look.
For application, align the upper and lower magnetic lash pieces around your natural lashes using the applicator. Follow the Lash Guide for step-by-step instructions.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 6–12 business days to the United States and 6–12 business days to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; delivery estimates are extended accordingly when these days affect processing or transit.
Standard shipping is $4.90 for orders under $79 and free for orders of $79 or more. Tracking is provided after shipment. Delivery estimates may vary; see our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.

Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. If your lashes have only been briefly tried on or lightly used, contact us to discuss a return or refund. Requests are reviewed individually; lashes must be clean, intact and hygienic. Include the original packaging and accessories where available. Approval is not automatic. For items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us for help.
