Shipping
Orders ship the day after ordering. Estimated delivery is 5–9 days from the order date for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Single-set orders ship free through November 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. From November 15, standard shipping for a single set is $4.90. Orders of two or three magnetic lash sets ship free. Accessories do not count toward the lash quantity. Shipping for accessory-only orders and offers for four or more sets remain pending confirmation. Tracking is provided after shipment. Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. If your lashes have only been briefly tried on or lightly used, contact us to discuss a return or refund. Requests are reviewed individually; lashes must be clean, intact and hygienic. Include the original packaging and accessories where available. Approval is not automatic. For items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us for help.
